Having trouble logging in?

Notice: We recently converted TDS ePay to a new system. You will now have a single user name and password to log in to TDS ePay, check your TDS Email, and manage your account.

If you enrolled in TDS ePay prior to September 19, 2011, the way you log in will be determined by whether or not you have an Internet product from TDS.

Yes, I have TDS Internet.

  • You will now use your TDS user name/email address and password to pay your bills online and check email. This is NOT your old TDS ePay login.
  • To get to your bill and payment information, log in to My Account and click the View/Pay Bill button in the middle of the page.

No, I don’t have TDS Internet.

  • In order to protect your security, we sent you a letter via postal mail with all the account information you need to sign up for a new user name and password.
